Below is a list of source documents and websites that I used. It is not set out in the manner of a conventional academic publication with end-notes and so on. But you should be able to verify anything you want to relatively easily from the list.

General Sources

Africanist (The): the website that housed these important journals by Leballo and
    Sobukwe is down. Fortunately, I have copies.
Americans for South African Resistance (1952): “Bulletin of the Campaign for the
    Defiance of Unjust Laws” about the first days of the Defiance Campaign. Published
    for the ANC and SAIC.
ANC Timelines: 1910 to 1999. Google “ANC timeline <decade>.” Google will take you
    to the relevant pages on the South African History Online website. Consulted
    between August 2025 and January 2026.

     <Search> and enter.
Truth and Reconciliation Commission: https://www.justice.gov.za/TRC/. This huge
    archive uses Google search. To look for something, simply use the “search” field as
    you would with Google. My use dates to February 2026.
United Nations Security Council resolutions, go to:  https://unscr.com/. Search by
    resolution number.
